Forsa products (the Builder and the Course) are digital products delivered instantly via an activation code sent to your email after payment.
You have the option to evaluate your CV for free before purchasing any product. The Free ATS Check gives you a complete evaluation with no signup or payment required — this is your real opportunity to confirm the product is right for you before buying.
كود التفعيل مرتبط بمستخدم واحد، ومخصص للاستخدام الشخصي فقط. كل كود بيتيح عدد محدد من الاستخدامات (مثلاً 6 سي ڨي للسيستم) — الحد ده ثابت بحسب نوع المنتج.
ممنوع إعادة بيع الكود، أو مشاركته، أو نقله لطرف تالت. الأكواد المشكوك في إعادة بيعها أو استخدامها بشكل غير عادي (مثلاً من عدد IPs غير منطقي) ممكن يتم إيقافها بدون استرداد.
كل المحتوى داخل فرصة (الكورسات، النصوص، القوالب، نماذج السي ڨي المولّدة، الكود البرمجي، التصميمات) ملكية فكرية كاملة لفرصة. السي ڨي اللي بيتم توليدها ملكك للاستخدام الشخصي، لكن النظام والقوالب نفسها ممنوع نسخها أو إعادة توزيعها.
الترويج للمنتج بهدف الحصول على عمولة مسموح به فقط من خلال برنامج الأفلييت الرسمي عند توفره. أي ترويج خارج البرنامج الرسمي ما يستحقش عمولة.
نحتفظ بالحق في إيقاف أي كود يظهر منه استخدام غير عادي أو مخالف للشروط، مع إخطار المستخدم في حال الإمكان.
An activation code is tied to a single user, for personal use only. Each code grants a fixed number of uses (e.g., 6 CVs for the Builder) — this limit is set per product type.
Codes may not be resold, shared, or transferred to a third party. Codes suspected of resale or unusual usage patterns (e.g., access from many unrelated IPs) may be suspended without refund.
All content inside Forsa (courses, copy, templates, generated CV models, source code, designs) is the intellectual property of Forsa. The CVs you generate are yours for personal use, but the system and the templates themselves may not be copied or redistributed.
Promoting the product for commission is allowed only through the official affiliate program when available. Any promotion outside the official program does not earn commission.
We reserve the right to suspend any code that shows unusual or non-compliant usage, notifying the user when feasible.
بنجمع فقط البيانات اللي بتدخلها بإرادتك أثناء بناء سيرتك (الاسم، الوظيفة المستهدفة، الخبرات، التعليم، إلخ)، بالإضافة لإيميلك في حالة الشراء.
المدفوعات بتتم عبر Gumroad (للدفع الدولي ببطاقة) أو InstaPay (للدفع المحلي). فرصة لا تخزّن أي بيانات بطاقة ائتمانية أو محفظة رقمية — كل التحويلات بتتم على منصات الدفع الخارجية مباشرة.
فرصة لا تبيع أو تشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف تالت لأغراض إعلانية أو تجارية.
بيانات السي ڨي بتُحفظ كمسودة في متصفحك (localStorage) عشان تقدر تكمل من حيث وقفت — تقدر تمسحها في أي وقت من إعدادات المتصفح. الأكواد وسجل الشراء بيتحفظوا في قاعدة بياناتنا الآمنة (Supabase) عشان خدمة التفعيل والاسترجاع.
عندك الحق تطلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت عبر التواصل معانا.
We collect only the data you voluntarily enter while building your CV (name, target role, experience, education, etc.), plus your email if you purchase.
Payments are processed via Gumroad (international cards) or InstaPay (local payments). Forsa does not store any credit-card or wallet data — all transfers happen directly on the external payment platforms.
Forsa does not sell or share your data with any third party for advertising or commercial purposes.
CV data is saved as a draft in your browser (localStorage) so you can resume — you can clear it any time from browser settings. Codes and purchase records are stored in our secure database (Supabase) to power activation and recovery.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
